Function Photography – Moore Stephens 2014
The House of Vizion team was in charge of the function photography at the Moore Stephens year end function. What a perfect way to reward the teams and get them excited for the next year! Moore Stephens hosted their year end celebration at the beautiful Diamant Estate in Paarl. The reception venue was beautifully prepared for the event, with personalised menus and candles on the tables. Our team was there to capture the function photography and entertain the guests with the photo booth.
The elegant guests started arriving in the late afternoon, right in time to watch a spectacular sunset over the valley. The outdoor cocktail reception lead into a festive dinner with speeches, congratulations and team recognition. The department leaders and their teams were praised for their dedication and contribution towards the company. As part of the function photography, we have captured the award ceremony and the team group photos. After a lovely dinner served by Two Chefs, the participants enjoyed a fun-filled evening with dancing, chatting and a photo booth. Part of our function photography is capturing those interactions and the special moments the employees share with each other. The photographs are shared amongst team members and remind them of the fun times they experienced together.
Function photography is a great tool in team building, especially having a professional photographer capture the excitement of the event and the recognition given to the employees. Function photography is often used in various promotional materials, showcasing the teams and their role in building the company. Since people are the greatest asset of every company, year end functions are a great way to thank employees for their contribution to the success of the company. We love doing function photography and watching employees being rewarded for their time and efforts. We always make the photos available digitally on our website, so guests can download and share the memories of the evening.
