MARKETING VIDEO FOR GRINELL GROUP OF COMPANIES

Marketing video for Grinnell Group of Companies had us all on our toes! This dynamic business consists of multiple divisions, each of them forming part of an intricate puzzle. The management of Grinnell wanted us to create a video that would explain the connections between the divisions and showcase the services provided by the company.

We have started the process with creating a storyboard. For such a complex video, with multiple shooting locations and actors, storyboard is essential. In this step we establish what the message of the marketing video  is going to be and how we are going to present it. After obtaining a script from the client, we illustrate it with visuals that represent each piece of footage required for the final video.

Shooting this marketing video was pure fun! We got to travel to multiple locations serviced by the client, where we filmed the staff performing their daily duties. We got to fly a drone around the premises and captured various aspects of security. Another full day of shooting happened at the head office, where we captured the planning and training scenes.

After all the footage was captured, the editing commenced. Storyboard comes handy at this stage of production, when footage needs to be categorised and inserted at the right moment. Final touches such as adding motion graphics, titles and music complete the project.

Crafting a marketing video is a complex and lengthy process. However, many businesses out there realised that video is such a powerful marketing tool, they are willing to embark on this journey. Once completed, video is by far the most effective way of presenting the company to potential clients.
