2015 EAPA-SA Conference Photography

We have been watching talented EnOv8 team put together EAPA-SA conferences and this year we did their conference photography. The conference consists of seminars, talks and workshops, plenary keynote speakers, an AGM, outdoor activities, exercise classes and an annual Presidential Awards dinner. An exhibitors section is included for relevant trades and associations to network with the delegation, and provide EAP and related services. House of Vizion team followed the delegated and the speakers, capturing all different aspects of EAPA-SA in conference photography.
EnOv8 team one more time masterfully chose the conference venues and equipment, food and more to ensure the conferences success, and great value for the client.
This complex event, consisting of various programme points and addressed to hundreds of delegates, was skilfully presented by Nicole and her team. We enjoyed following them around, capturing different aspects of their specialised work in our conference photography.
Apart from booking the venue and taking care of all the logistics, EnOv8 also created a conference website with all conference information along with an easy to use registration system for both delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors to use to register for the conference. This system has been designed by EnOv8, and allows us to quote and invoice delegates immediately, making it quick and convenient for delegates and the client. EnOv8 team manages all booking information, liaise with the venue, and a host of suppliers, sponsors and exhibitors all required to pull off this 4 day event. We were very impressed by EnOv8 professionalism in managing such a complex conference and we enjoyed capturing the results of their work in our conference photography.

The support and planning EnOv8 provided for the last six EAPA-SA conferences have been met with praise from delegates, speakers, exhibitors and the board members. EAPA-SA signed a four year contract with EnOv8 to manage their conferences through to 2018. We would like to congratulate EnOv8 on their exquisite work and we hope to join them on the next EAPA-SA conference to do their conference photography!
